What's the product exchange process?
To place your ordered product's exchange request, you need to follow these steps:-
  • Visit the Returns & Exchange section of our website.
  • Submit the required details in the empty fields.
  • Follow the instructions carefully, and select the item you would like to place an exchange request for.
  • Upload a clear picture of the product you are returning.
  • Select the item you wish to receive in exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our official Gespo mail ID.


Important Note:The exchange request can only be placed within 10 days of the delivery date. A courier partner would be there to pick up your product within 2-3 working days. Once we receive the product, our team will send you another confirmation regarding the product reaching the shipment center.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed, or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them.

Items without tags will not be accepted. The new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.

Ques: Do I need to pay any additional product return/exchange charges?
Ans: Not at all. Gespo doesn't charge their customers any return or exchange Fee. We promote hassle-free returns/exchanges.


Ques: How long will my order take to arrive?
Ans: In metro cities, our orders successfully deliver within 7-10 working days. However, it might take a little more time in towns or some other pin codes, depending on the shipping partner. Still, if you are experiencing any trouble, you can drop us a mail at support@gespo.in.

Ques: How would I know if my order is placed?
Ans: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation on your mail ID and registered mobile phone number. Moreover, we will also provide you with an order tracking ID, using which you can keep an eye on the delivery progress.

Ques: What happens if my shipment doesn't deliver on the expected delivery date?
Ans: This rarely happens with our products. GESPO has contracted with a reliable logistics partner. However, if it happens somehow, you may drop us a mail at support@gespo.in, and our team will personally look into this.

Ques: Are there any shipping charges I need to pay?
Ans: It varies from time to time. We usually charge a very nominal delivery fee. Yet, if you opt for our membership, then you can enjoy free shipping with multiple other loyalty perks.

Ques: Do you also deliver products across India?
Ans: We are afraid we don't. GESPO currently delivers only PAN India. And, you can place an order from anywhere within the boundaries of India and expect as soon as possible delivery.

Ques: How can I cancel my order?
Ans: To cancel your product, simply log into your account, visit the orders tab/section, and place a cancellation request for the order you placed.

Ques: How do you process the return/exchange of a product?
Ans: Once any of our customers place a return or exchange request, we check the image they uploaded with the request and verify it. Once the request placed is verified by our team, we send a confirmation on the individual's mail and mobile phone number. After the confirmation, our courier partner visits the order pickup location and verifies the product packaging before heading back with it. Once we receive the order back at our warehouse, our product quality team verifies if it isn't washed, torn, or damaged from any side. Post verification, our accounts team refund your amount within 7 working days in your registered bank account. In case you experience any delay or trouble, you may directly contact our team at Support@gespo.in, and we will take care of your situation within 5 working days.

Ques: What is the step-wise process to place a product return?
Ans: To place your product's return request, you may follow these steps:-

  • Visit the orders section of your profile.
  • Tap the order you placed and hit the return button.
  • Submit the details that appear on your screen, and make sure you upload a clear picture of the product you are returning. It should have all tags attached and that too within the undamaged condition.
  • Once filled in the details and placed a request, our team will verify and accept your request.
  • After that, you will receive a confirmation in the mail and a registered phone number.
  • Our courier partner will visit your place within 7 working days and pick up the order you wish to return.

Ques: What can I do if I receive a damaged product?
Ans: GESPO is recognized for its 100% made-in-India genuine quality. All our products are passed through a 5 step quality check process. However, if you face the rare situation of receiving a damaged product, then quickly click the image and notify our team about it at support@gespo.in. We assure to take rapid action on your query within 2-3 working days.

Ques: What can I do if I receive an item different than what I ordered?
Ans: If anything like this happens on any rare occasion, you must quickly mail our team at support@gespo.in. Once your mail is verified, we will provide you a separate product return link, using which you can return your product and receive the original product you ordered within 7 working days.

Ques: Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?
Ans: You can only place the return request within 10 days of your order's delivery date.

Ques: I have requested a replacement. When will I get the replaced product?
Ans: For return/exchange, the reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days once the request is approved. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, we deliver the replacement of your product within 7 working days. Ques: Can I return all of the items I ordered?
Ans: Items like face masks, boxers, and socks can not be returned, keeping in mind hygiene conditions. Moreover, any product you ordered or received during promotional events or sales is not returnable. Only products you order on regular days are 100% returnable and refundable.

Ques: Can I return items purchased during a free product deal?
Ans: Any items purchased during a BUY TWO GET ONE or any similar FREE PRODUCT deal are not eligible individually for return. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being bought and the other being free.

All items (purchased and free product) need to be shipped back to us in case of a return. The total amount of the purchase would be refunded in the form of store credit or to the original mode of payment in case of return.

Ques: When will I get my refund?
Ans: It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Ques: How can I claim a refund for a discounted product?
Ans: In case of orders placed with a discount are returned, the discount will be waived off, and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

Ques: How do I claim a refund for prepaid orders?
Ans: For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the payment method for the order. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the total amount will be refunded as store credit. In a non-promotional purchase, the total amount will be credited to the bank account.

Ques: How do I claim a refund for cash on delivery orders?
Ans: Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner(Cashfree) will be sent to your registered Email ID and WhatsApp number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details to initiate the refund to your account.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the total amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Ques: How can I check the status of my return request?
Ans: Just like the ordered products, we provide you with a tracking link to keep an eye on your return request status. However, If you wish to raise any support ticket, you may mail us at support@gespo.in.

Ques: How do I determine the correct size for me?
Ans: While placing your order, you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page, including precise details on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.

Ques: My payment is deducted from my bank account, but the order isn't placed. What should I do?
Ans: Firstly! Do not panic. We are a verified and certified eCommerce brand known for our eight years of unbreakable trust among the Indian audience. Mail us the details of your transaction at support@gespo.in and we will verify your request within 52 hours.
