What is GESPO's 7-day return & exchange policy? How does it work?
GESPO's 7-days return and exchange policy permits you to return or exchange items purchased from the GESPO website/mobile site for any reason within 7 days of order received. The only condition in which this doesn't apply is when you have used the product and have not preserved its original condition with tags and proper packaging.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- We charge Rs.250 per product for return or exchange. In case the product received is defective or wrong then No Charge
- We will only issue refund within 48 to 72 hours (Working Hours) of receiving back the product in intact condition.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., T-Shirts must be packed in the original packaging from the brand).
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from GESPO's website or mobile site. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors is not valid under this policy.
- Due to Hygiene concerns we do not allow returns for vest and lounge wear products.
Which products are not eligible for return and exchange?
We are very much concerned about our customers' hygiene. Any item that comes under the Loungewear, Shorts, or Vests category, will not be accepted for return & exchange.
Note:-If the reverse pick-up option is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please mention the Order Number on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Note: After 7 days of raising a return request, any product self-shipped will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
